What exactly am I looking at?

The estates and buyers are fictional, but every moving part is real, working software: the AI advisor, the bookings, the payment plans, and the full CRM your team would run behind it. Who is Amora?
Amora is the AI sales advisor on this site. She answers in seconds at any hour, recommends real units from live inventory, explains titles in plain words, works out installment plans in naira, and books inspections. Everything she captures lands with a human team for approval, she never acts alone.
What should I try first?
Open the chat and ask for land under a budget, then let her book you an inspection. Walk the map on the listings page, open an estate and stretch the payment plan. The Demo guide at the bottom left keeps a checklist so you do not miss anything.
What do C of O, Governor's Consent and Gazette mean?
They are the land titles that make a purchase safe in Nigeria. A Certificate of Occupancy is the state's formal grant of the land; Governor's Consent transfers that right properly to a new buyer; a Gazette lists land the government has released to a community. Ask Amora about any of them, plain answers are her thing.
Does the AI really speak Igbo, Yorùbá, Hausa and Pidgin?
Yes, in chat, and on voice for the main three. Switch the language inside the chat and ask anything. It is one capability of many, built for buyers, and their parents, who decide better in their own language.
I am abroad. Would this work for diaspora buyers?
That is one of its strongest cases. A buyer in London or Houston gets answers at 2am Lagos time, books an inspection for family on the ground, verifies with an email code, and every conversation is kept on record so nothing depends on one person's phone.
